Chiendent - Couch, Dog or Quack Grass
- Elymus repens

CHIENDENT.

Couch Grass, Dog Grass, Quackgrass. This plant grows more than you want in gardens, without cultivation & multiplies endlessly from its roots at all times.

Quackgrass is used in all aperitif & refreshing herbal teas [as a base herb–think of it like using marshmallow root or barley (water)], in small handfuls, in two or three pints of water.
